Our 2 bedroom fully furnished villa is located by the main highway in Sangolda. This place will give you equal access to all the major places in North Goa such as Panjim, Calangute, Baga, Mapusa etc which are approx. 6kms away. The villa has 2 bedrooms of which one is on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The living area has a TV, and a Sofa set and the Dining area has a 4-seater dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge, microwave, pots & pans and crockery & cutlery. The bedrooms have a comfortable double bed, writing table, a cupboard and a bathroom with European style commode, hot and cold water 24 hrs, the bedrooms on the first floor have spacious balconies and an attached bathroom. There is also a large loft space available. To ensure an uninterrupted water supply, there is a natural water well.

Laundry
Please note we have a common washer and dryer for all four villas and laundry will be charged. Only our caretaker has access to the washer/dryer.
- Hair-dryer and Iron will be provided on request
- The linen will be changed once every third day.
- Basic cleaning is done every alternate day

Below are the points /rules we follow during covid times for everyone's safety.
Cleaning
Our staff will enter the villa only when the guests are out or can step out during the cleaning. they will sanitise the villa/area before cleaning them.
Guests are supposed to buy their own groceries.
We have stopped this service (of sending our caretakers to the shops) to avoid multiple contacts which are safe for our staff as well as our guests.
The washing machine must be used by the guests on their own. Our staff will show them how to use it. the same will be sanitised before and after use.
Power backup - Each villa has a power inverter which gives a backup of about 4-6 hrs and covers fans, lights and wifi only. rest everything will be shut during the power shutdown.
BREAKFAST will be provided every morning between 8-10 am.
- Simple breakfast such as poha, upma, paratha, bread omelette, egg bhurji bread etc. and tea/coffee
- One veg item and one non-veg item daily.
- We will take the list of veg and non-veg the previous night from the guests.
- Breakfast orders post 10 am will be charged at 150 per person/item.
Swimming pool
We have a time slot system for pool usage
For example,
The pool will be open from 9 am to 9 pm, 3 hrs for each villa
9 am - 12 pm - slot 1
12 pm - 3 pm - slot 2
3 pm - 6 pm - slot 3
6 pm - 9 pm - slot 4
Must be a Different slot each day
All guests must follow the pool rules
- First, take shower and then enter the pool
- Only enter in swimming costumes. no cotton ware inside the pool.
- Kids will be allowed only with proper supervision and guidance by their parents at all times.
- No drinking and eating around the pool.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the full villa and the parking space.
