Moping & sweeping will be done every alternate days .
kitchen & toilet cleaning will be charged 100 extra.
if guests want cleaning everyday then they will have to pay 200 per days to the cleaner on the days other than alternate cleaning days.
linen will be replaced once in 3 days.
note - please note once or twice a year the swimming pool and gym are closed for maintenance for about a week. Please check with us regarding the dates. before you book.

Cleaning
Our staff will enter the villa only when the guests are out or can step out during the cleaning. they will sanitise the villa/area before cleaning them.
Guests are supposed to buy their own groceries.
We have stopped this service (of sending our caretakers to the shops) to avoid multiple contacts which are safe for our staff as well as our guests.
Swimming pool -Swimming pool is common to the full complex and operational between 9 am - 7pm
Guests must follow the swimming pool rules mentioned.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the full villa and the parking space.
